1. What happens when I arrive in Paris?

During the booking process, you will have informed us of your time of arrival (flight number, train number...). A member of our staff, or the owner, will wait for you outside the building where the apartment is. He or she will show you the premises and ask for the outstanding payment.

2. What happens if I'm late?

When you confirmed your booking, we will have given you your contact's phone number. If you are late (problems with luggage, traffic jam...) try to give us a call. If you have given us your flight number, we can figure out the time of your arrival and we will then adjust the time of your appointment

3. How can I pay the remainder of the rent?

We offer the following ways :

• Before your arrival :
By Credit Card

• At your arrival :
By cash (in Euros only)
By travelers cheque (in Euros only)

4. Is a special insurance necessary?

You do not need to subscribe to an extra policy for the flat/apartment rented. MyVideoPlanet and its partners have subscribed to an insurance policy that covers civil responsibility related to the apartment (fire, water, physical injuries etc). However, your personal belongings will not be covered in the event of a burglary.

5. Can I cancel my rent?

2 possibilities :
- You make a notice more than2 months before your arrival: we will refund the total of the advance payment (minus an administration charge of 100€).

- You make a notice less than 2 months before your arrival: your advance payment will not be refunded.

6. Do I have to bring my own sheets and pillows?

Those items are included in the rent, as well as bathroom towels.

7. Do I have to clean the apartment before leaving it?

Well, the cleaning after you leave is included in the price. However, in case of severe dirtiness and/or damaged or deteriorated items (furniture, facilities), MyVideoPlanet will have the ability to charge you as stipulated in the Tenancy General Conditions

8. Can I bring my pet with me?

Pets are allowed in almost every apartment, be be aware that customs rules about pets are severely regulated. We highly advise you to check with the relevant authorities.

9. Can I pay by credit card ?

Yes, with your VISA/MasterCard, but only before departure

10. How can I pay the balance on arrival, then ?

The balance should be paid by cash, cashier's check or travelers checks made out to MyVideoPlanet, or full payment by bank transfer. (see more details in the General Tenancy Conditions)
